My mom is an amazing person. I am so proud of her! She is graduating with her Masters Degree. She has given up so much of her life caring for all of us, it is so good to see her dreams come true.
The family praying for dinner. Prior to the prayer my dad talked about all that my mom has given in her life. He talked about how when they met my mom wanted to finish school and go on the mission field to Africa. She gave up those dreams to marry my dad and have five children. She put my dad through school and then helped all of us grow up and become who we are. She did not go back and finish school until I (The youngest) was 22. She got her associates degree through Boise Bible College. We were all so excited for her back then. She did not go back to school again until 4 years ago. She worked hard to get her Bachelor/Master degree. By the way, she has a 4.3 grade point average. How do you do that????? Crazy girl... she is now thinking about going to get her
doctorate in
counseling. Oh... she is also headed on a mission trip to Africa in October. So many things she sacrificed for all of us and now God is blessing this amazing woman and
fulfilling the dreams of her heart. I am in awe of this woman. She is my hero.
