Graduation Day!

My mom's graduation in Southern California.
She has a Masters degree.

She looks so great!

She Graduated from Summit Bible College

Celebration Party!

My mom is an amazing person. I am so proud of her! She is graduating with her Masters Degree. She has given up so much of her life caring for all of us, it is so good to see her dreams come true.
The family praying for dinner. Prior to the prayer my dad talked about all that my mom has given in her life. He talked about how when they met my mom wanted to finish school and go on the mission field to Africa. She gave up those dreams to marry my dad and have five children. She put my dad through school and then helped all of us grow up and become who we are. She did not go back and finish school until I (The youngest) was 22. She got her associates degree through Boise Bible College. We were all so excited for her back then. She did not go back to school again until 4 years ago. She worked hard to get her Bachelor/Master degree. By the way, she has a 4.3 grade point average. How do you do that????? Crazy girl... she is now thinking about going to get her doctorate in counseling. Oh... she is also headed on a mission trip to Africa in October. So many things she sacrificed for all of us and now God is blessing this amazing woman and fulfilling the dreams of her heart. I am in awe of this woman. She is my hero.

Mom embarrassed as Dad talked about her. She does not like to be the center of attention.

The girls (Riley and Jordan) baked and decorated the cake. Jordan decorated the house.

Hiking Trip Spokane Washington Part 1

The funny thing about North Idaho is that you only get spring and summer for a total of
3 months of the year. The rest of the time it is cloudy, cold, rainy or snowing. As soon as we have a nice day we are out hiking, fishing, camping, driving, swimming. . . and so on. Eric actually said that he wanted to move to some place that was sunny year round. For Eric that is huge. He used to say that he could never live anywhere that does not have 4 seasons. Once again, I have ruined him. He is not the person that I once knew. :)

So here we are. Spring is here and we are out in the woods somewhere. :)

Jeremy is at an age that he gets so annoyed with us for all of the pictures that we make him pose for. We only have 3 years left with him so he can tough it out. :)

What a gorgeous guy!!!

Sorry that it has been so long.

Sorry that I have not been able to blog in a while. School was busy at the end of the year, as you can imagine. I have also been working with my brother-in-law, Mike, making DVD's for my school district. Long hours! I am now officially on Summer break and I will do a better job blogging and getting pictures up.

Swimming!

Jeremy and Jordan were playing basketball with Emma and Nyah. I was not there... Hmmmmm. I am not sure they are the best baby sitters after-all!
the girls love popcycles. They are so cold that they often insist on having a towel to hold onto them.

Jordan's Honor Society Award Ceremony

OK! I know that you are all wondering how Eric and I have such smart kids. The answer is... we have no idea. Jordan and Jeremy are straight A students. Eric and I never had that as kids. :(
Jordan was in Junior Honor Society throughout the last year. She tutored kids and was an all around great kid. We went to her banquet ceremony to see her get inducted.

One of Jordan's best friends, Taylor Deitz.

Jordan with her parents. This is the one time you will see her in a dress. She gets that from her mom. I never--- wear a dress. :)

Jordan gave me the flower. They were supposed to give it to someone who made a great impact on her life. So sweet.
